MP to attend Didsbury Neighbours' Day

12.05.12pm BST (GMT +0100) Tue 26th May 2009

Local MP John Leech will be dusting off his bowling balls this weekend for the West Didsbury Residents Association's annual Neighbours' Day at the Albert Club, Didsbury on Sunday afternoon.

The community event will feature a much anticipated bowling match between Old Lansdowne Road and a Rest of the World team, as well as a BBQ and entertainment for all the family.

John Leech said:

"The Neighbours' Day promises to be great fun and is an excellent way for the WRDA to kick off the summer. I'm sure it will be a great success - I just hope the weather holds for the big bowling match!"
